Extract Google Files using Google Takeout
- Step 1: Download your Data with the help of Google Takeout functionality.
- Export all Google Items using Google Takeout Service.
- Step 2: Choose Mail options from the list.
- From the List of all Google items and Products like Keep, Maps, Mail, Profile, Youtube, Tasks, Searches etc., enable the checkbox only for Mail option.
- Step 3: Choose Archive Download Format, Size and Delivery Method.
- Google Takeout allows to download archive in various file formats like ZIP, TGZ or TBZ. It also allows to split the large archive files with some size range range like 2GB, 5GB or 10GB as well delivery method to share the download link.
