#4. Look For the Internet Connection
If the internet connection is broken or not connected then there is a possibility that the Outlook will keep asking for the login credentials. So first check your internet connection.
- Press Win+R and open Run.
- Type cmd and hit Enter.
- Now, type ping outlook.com or any website you know. Then, hit Enter.
- This will look for a complete Internet connection. In the Ping Statistics section, you will see packets transferred and received. If the count is equal then your internet is working.
#5. Disable Antivirus’s and Firewall
