Ogame is a Massive Multiplayer Online browser game, once you've picked your universe you basically start building your planet. You need to gain resources like metal, crystal and deuterium to build buildings and later improve them. But once you are good enough, you can start colonizing new planets in other galaxies and start expanding your empire. When a planet has been attacked, metal and crystal will float through the galaxy, recycle it to send ships. Or send some ships away to go on an expedition to the unknow, perhaps they will find great treasure! But there are a lot, and a lot of other things you can do in Ogame. By speeding it all up and get advantage you need dark matter, and dark matter is really hard to get.
